 Develop sales opportunity and work relationships with internal and external customers regarding cargo booking operations -Land freight Logistics, Ship Agency Cargo Booking.  Ensure reliable customer service delivery and on time performance by providing operational direction, shipping documents and other resources required.  Responsible to ensure that all shipping cargo staff adheres to the company policies and procedures, upholding safety and security.  Implement a review and risk assessment process on all SOPs and working practices to identify any unsafe practice areas for quality improvement.  critical issues through liaison with relevant authorities and internal departments to effectively deal with situations.  Assume responsibility for accident investigation, reporting and statistical analysis
