Job Summary: The Slot Technician Manager will lead and manage the team of slot machine technicians, ensuring that all machines are functioning optimally, repairs are done efficiently, and operations run smoothly. This position will oversee scheduling, compliance, and provide strategic leadership to enhance overall machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the slot machine technician team. Create maintenance schedules, ensuring all slot machines are regularly serviced. Monitor slot machine performance, and address any recurring issues to improve efficiency. Oversee the installation, repair, and removal of slot machines. Ensure all gaming equipment complies with regulatory and safety standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the technical team. Liaise with management regarding machine status, budget needs, and future equipment upgrades. Handle escalated issues related to machine failures or customer complaints. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new technologies to improve machine performance. Prepare and manage budgets for slot machine maintenance and repairs. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Slot Technician Manager or in a senior slot technician role. Strong understanding of slot machine technology, electrical systems, and repair protocols. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team. Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to create reports and provide data-driven insights on machine performance.
