The Nail Bar and The Nail Bar Plus is looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Officer. Are you or someone you know looking for a part time or full-time job in a supportive and fun environment?
Responsibilities:
• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, content ideation, and schedules
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with other teams
• Provides training and guidance to team members on social media implementation best practices
• Communicates with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc…
• Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Suggests and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, competitions and brand developments
• Oversees social media accounts and design and reports progress to Management
Requirement and Qualifications:
• Proven one to two years of work experience with Social Media management, marketing, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and web design
• Ability to deliver creative contents in form of text, photo and video
• Good knowledge of English
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills
