I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Model the organization’s values and associated behaviors within the office • Develop, design, implement, test and support the customer solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end system integration • Create technical specifications and test plans, coding test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology • Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand business requirements and technology architecture of the applications accordingly • Maintain and modify programs, make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes • Evaluate simple interrelationships between program such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part • Analyze performance of programs and act to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor • Write the operational documentation with technical authors • Maintain system by monitoring and correcting software defects • Investigate new technologies and provide on the job training to related staff • Contribute to code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standard/guidelines • Provide technical guidance and lead/develop team members • Assist in infrastructure & system software setup for development and testing environment. II. REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Diploma of Engineering • At least 5 years’ experience in Software Development such as writing and reviewing code for sites, typically HTML, XML, VB.Net or JavaScript • Knowledge of integrating multimedia content onto a site • Knowledge of UI/UX Design Specialization • Good oral and written communication skills in English • Good interpersonal and well organized • Be honest and trustworthy, Patient, respectful and helpful • Take high responsibility, be flexible and committed.
