Vision Care Corporation Ltd, is looking to employ one Stock/Store officer to be responsible for managing the inventory of eyeglasses frames within an optical warehouse. The duties include maintaining accurate stock levels, tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, and ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the storage area. She/he also play a role in quality control, processing returns, and collaborating with supervisors to minimize discrepancies and potential loss. o CAREER CATEGORY: STOCK AND STORE MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL o TYPE: Job Opportunity o LOCATION: Phnom Penh o SCHEDULE: Full-time o SALARY: 250$-280$ Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining accurate inventory records by using computerized inventory software to track all frame data, including quantities, styles, colors, and sizes. • Picking and packing frames, they select the appropriate frames from inventory to fulfill customer orders or prepare them for production. • Maintaining proper stock levels, this includes ensuring that there are sufficient frames on hand to meet customer demand while minimizing overstocking and potential waste. • Identifying and managing discrepancies, they compare physical inventory with sales records to identify any discrepancies and report them to their supervisor. • Ensuring proper storage and organization, maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring that frames are stored appropriately to prevent damage. • Adhering to safety protocols, follow safety procedures when handling inventory and operating equipment. • Collaborating with other team members, work with supervisors, staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and minimize potential issues. • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor Skills and qualifications: • Attention to detail: Accurately tracking inventory and identifying discrepancies requires careful observation and attention to detail. • Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized storage area and efficiently managing inventory requires excellent organizational skills. • Computer proficiency: Experience using computerized inventory management software is essential. • Communication skills: Need to communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and suppliers to address issues and ensure smooth operations. • Problem-solving skills: Need to be able to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or other issues. • Knowledge of optical products: Familiarity with different types of frames, styles, and sizes is helpful. • Languages Khmer- Fluent English- good in writing and speaking • Willing to learn new skills Interested candidates are invited to submit application to Vision Care Corporation Ltd via email provided in the contact details.
