Main Task:
I. Warehouse
1. Control all type of goods movement (Stock in and out, movement).
2. Maintain good environment, cleanliness, and safety (keeping the storage are orderly, clean and free of insects/rodent).
3. Ensure the right quality and quantity of pick and pack physically.
4. Ensure the right accessibility between products in WH.
5. Ensure the right goods receiving by shipment incoming.
6. Report risky point or error point in WH to supervisor.
7. Arrange optimized space for storing and movement.
II.Inventory
8. Support inventory with physical stock count conducting.
9. Maintain good and completed documents of goods issuing, goods return, goods receiving, adjustment and goods transfer.
10. Respect WH standard operating procedure and suggest improvement points.
11. Report discrepancies between physical counts and systematic record.
III. Local Transportation
12. Provide good customer service to customer.
13. Ensure on time of product delivery to customers’ target.
14. Coordinate and ensure right distance and charge in term transportation arrangement.
15. Checking the sample with courier express for arrival time.
16. Other tasks as assigned by superior
Other Benefits
- Basic Salary: $270_$ 300 (Competition Market)
- Working day: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8 am to 12pm/ 1pm to 5pm
- NSSF Insurance
