Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Supervise and guide the marketing team in daily operations.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials and content.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand's guidelines and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Support the organization of promotional events and activities.
• Other tasks assigned by direct superiors.
• Abilities to lead and couching teams
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill
• Good planning, works & time management
• Be creative, flexible, and result-oriented
• Able to work overtime and under pressure.
• Passionate in Beauty & Cosmetic industry is a plus
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or another related field
• Minimum 02-03 years of experience of in marketing field is a plus
• Good at English (both writing and speaking)
