Bioderma is one of the main leading French dermo-cosmetic brands. Created in 1977, it is today among the top 10 worldwide brands in dermo-cosmetics and is present in over 100 countries. Bioderma has opened a joint venture structure in January 2022 in Phnom Penh under the name Mintha Care. To support its strong development in Cambodia, Mintha Care is looking for new passionate Trainer (Product Specialist)
Duties
- Translating, reviewing medical and marketing materials, and making sure supports are relevant with product claims indicated in Product Authorizations.
- Contents and supporting documents relating to products on notification registration, advertising registration, and other dossier (if any).
- Build and production of product content and materials: Ensuring timely implementation of issues related to new products.
- Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for the successful organization of group presentations (CME meetings etc.)
- Prepare content presentations according to company strategy for medical events.
- Organize and prepare all training for medical teams (medical representatives) on products, pathologies, symptoms etc; and marketing team if any.
- Support medical representatives and provide answers to questions on products, indications etc. concerning MinthaCare products with the help of the Product Manager, the trainers from brands.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 02 years relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical/ beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
- Fluent in Khmer and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self- motivated individual and result- oriented.
