Job Overview We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Producer to lead the production of high-quality video content in English that showcases Cambodia's unique tourist attractions, food, and culture to foreigners. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end process of creating captivating, on-budget travel videos and interviews that resonate with audiences across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities: 1. **Content Strategy and Planning** - Develop a content calendar for video series featuring tourist destinations, local food, and cultural highlights. - Research trending topics and audience preferences for travel content.
2. **Video Production Oversight** - Write compelling scripts and storyboards for travel, food, and cultural video features. - Coordinate with videographers, editors, and on-screen talent to ensure quality production. - Plan and manage shoots, including locations, permissions, and logistics.
3. **Creative Direction** - Ensure videos align with the brand's visual and storytelling style: vibrant, engaging, and authentic. - Incorporate feedback to refine concepts and scripts for maximum impact.
4. **Social Media Optimization** - Adapt videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) with specific formats and audience engagement strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create teasers, captions, and hashtags.
5. **Team Collaboration** - Work closely with videographers, editors, and designers to ensure cohesive production. - Manage freelancers and vendors for additional creative support when needed.
6. **Performance Analysis** - Monitor engagement metrics (views, shares, comments) and provide insights for content improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends to introduce fresh, innovative ideas.
Key Skills and Qualifications: - Creative Expertise**: Proven experience in producing travel or lifestyle content, especially for social media. - Scriptwriting Skills**: Ability to craft compelling and concise video scripts that drive engagement. - Project Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables. - Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with video production tools, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut), and basic filming techniques. - Social Media Savvy**: In-depth understanding of optimizing content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. - Cultural Insight**: Passion for Cambodia’s tourism, food, and culture, with an eye for its unique appeal to global audiences. - Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication for directing teams and conveying creative ideas effectively.
