Data Compilation & Validation - Collect and compile raw property data from research and field teams. - Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before input. - Cross-check market prices, location details, and related transactions. Data Entry & Processing - Input property and market data into the internal valuation system or reporting templates. - Organize data logically by property type, location, and market segment. Report Drafting - Prepare draft valuation reports based on valuation team instructions. - Ensure report formatting, layout, and structure follow company standards. - Assist in translating Khmer data into English when needed. Support Valuation Analysis - Collaborate with Valuers or Analysts to calculate estimated property values. - Apply provided valuation approaches (e.g., Market, Cost, or Income approach) accurately. - Assist in preparing comparative market analysis tables and location maps. Document Management - Maintain digital and hard copies of valuation reports and data sources. - Ensure filing systems are up to date and organized for easy retrieval. Quality Control & Corrections - Review feedback from valuers and correct report errors or inconsistencies. - Ensure final report meets client requirements and internal quality benchmarks. Coordination & Follow-Up - Liaise with research, inspection, and valuation teams to clarify missing or unclear data. - Coordinate timelines for report submission to meet client deadlines. Confidentiality & Data Integrity - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and property data. - Ensure secure handling of all valuation documentation.
