1. Write up valuation report - Ensure to provide a precise valuation report timely with high quality services. - Commit to complete task and responsibilities based standard of operation such as time, services and quality. - Overview and edit all data, information, picture from researcher, layout drawer before booking into the system. - Prepare site plan and comparable map and then process to management team to appraise the price of property valuation. - Report or call to the banker or researcher about property valuation price and then coordinate for price agreement. - Prepare and write up a precise report in the system and then print out for the manager to audit. - Justify all errors if having and then prepare a final report and submit to head of valuation to approve. - Work with delivery team to process stamp and administration and deliver to the banker or owner. - Ensure and double check with delivery team to ensure to reach out the banker or owner as promissory service. 2. Perform administration affairs - Join weekly meeting and monthly meeting as planned. - Prepare and manage document and stuff in neat and tidy. - Keep learning and sharing related knowledge and skills to each other. - Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
