Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for shooting and post-production of various company videos.
2. Possess strong skills in color grading and composition, with a solid artistic foundation.
3. Proficient in using camera techniques, with a good sense of music and video pacing.
4. Capable of performing tasks such as color correction, editing, subtitles, sound effects, video processing, and composition.
5. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in journalism, Broadcasting, Film Production, Animation, Visual Communication, or related fields is preferred; proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
2. Proficient in video editing software and skilled in filming, editing, and scripting; able to independently complete related tasks.
3. Keen insight into online video culture and trends.
4. Strong mental resilience, customer service awareness, a high sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and the ability to work under pressure with dedication and teamwork.
Benefits:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Leave: 18 days of annual leave, 7 days of sick leave, and maternity leave as per labor laws.
- Bonuses & Incentives: Regular work incentives. Special allowances, birthday gifts, rewards, and team-building activities.
- Salary: 700~1,000 (Negotiable based on experiences and professional level.)
