Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor is a crucial role in managing the daily operations of a warehouse. This position involves overseeing staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities related to receiving, storing, and shipping goods while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. I. Responsibilities and Main Duties: - Control the flow of stock through warehouse, monitoring products in and out, ensure safely and efficiently moving and handling products and keeping stock records. - Oversee the day to day running of the warehouse operation - Perform housekeeping duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a clean and conducive environment for storage. - Manage the inward control of all raw materials - Separate between good stocks and bad stock in the warehouse - Update the stock records in the system upon receiving of supplies - Issue raw material to the operation team - Receive purchase orders from sales and marketing, do physical stock count to ensure correct quantities with sales' stock reconciliation report - Generate monthly stock report for the management - Others to task assign by Manager. II. Required Skills/Abilities/ Education: - Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance or Relate Field - At least 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistic industry - Good leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop a high performing team - Ability to communicate effectively to staff at all levels - Ability to work in a challenging and diverse environment - Demonstration of good leadership and teamwork spirits - Confidentiality, good interpersonal, communication, safety awareness and team work.
