Purpose of Position: To be responsible for an aspect of warehouse function including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing of production for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in safing and orderly fashion.
** Job Description
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures and monitor the daily warehouse operation;
- Make sure that the products in the warehouse are well-organized and tidy as well as cleanliness (5S) and managed accordingly
- Work closely with the purchasing department to get the right stock
- Ensure stock is ready and available for sale when needed
- Record damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse;
- Manage stock requests from other departments and organize delivery schedules to ship requested goods to clients or stakeholders on a timely basic
- Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of all inventory related;
- Ensure all goods/items received are posted into on computer system correctly and timely basics;
- Keep records and maintain physical cycle counts of the entire inventories in the stock.
