My Goal: I build a strong strategy to generate profitable and sustainable growth for digital performance on all digital channels. My main responsibility is to enhance customer purchase experience, accelerate website conversion rate, and develop the growth of sports users and performance through web merchandising, optimizing product presentation, offer, homepage, traffic analysis… etc. Key Responsibilities: ● Product Presentation & Management: - Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications to drive online sales and enhance customer experience. - Regularly update the website with new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions. - Work with the creative team to ensure high-quality imagery, and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all product pages. ● Merchandising Strategy: - Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates on the website. - Create product groupings, bundles, and recommendations to encourage cross-selling and upselling. - Manage promotional campaigns, seasonal trends, and new product highlights to keep the website fresh and aligned with customer interests. ● Inventory & Stock Management: - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure that products are properly represented online and are available for customers to purchase. - Identify slow-moving products and work on strategies to improve visibility or discount offers. ● User Experience Optimization: - Analyze site data (using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc.) to optimize page layouts, product categories, and filter functions to improve user navigation and conversion rates. - Test and optimize the checkout process to minimize abandonment rates. ● Performance Monitoring & Reporting: - Track and analyze website performance, including sales trends, bounce rates, and customer behavior, to improve product merchandising and sales performance. - Provide regular reports on product performance, category performance, and overall website merchandising KPIs. ● Collaboration & Coordination: - Work closely with marketing, SEO, design, and content teams to align product merchandising efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns. - Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure the accuracy of product information and availability. Skills & Qualifications: ● Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in web merchandising, e-commerce, or a similar role (preferably in retail or consumer goods). ● Technical Skills: - Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS). - Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to measure and optimize site performance. - Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus for editing product pages and layouts. ● Analytical & Creative Skills: - Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and the ability to apply data-driven insights to merchandising strategies. - Excellent eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. ● Communication & Collaboration: ● Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling product descriptions and collaborating with various teams. ● A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally to meet business goals.
