Job Responsibilities: • Training technicians in each branch. • Sharing product knowledge of all new models to the technicians • Check workflow from service advisor and technician, paperwork, and training to ensure they do correctly. • Identifying training needs by evaluating employee skill levels and technical capabilities. • Designing training programs, creating course outlines, and developing comprehensive training materials like presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises • Conducting classroom training sessions, webinars, or online training modules, demonstrating technical concepts, and facilitating hands-on practice. • Monitor learner progress, administer quizzes and tests, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to make necessary adjustments. • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of technical systems, software applications, and industry best practices to deliver accurate and relevant training. • Make site visits to ensure they follow the process and do it correctly. • Uses feedback to improve own and team’s performance • Ensure reports are completed on time and with the correct information. • Tracking repeat repairs and working with the service manager to ensure a solution is reached. • Supports other members of the workshop with diagnosis as required. • Carry out quality control on each vehicle. • Analyses and determines the exact nature of customer concerns, working closely with the Service Advisor and the customer • Ensures faults have been reported and noted on job cards and informs the Service Manager of any additional faults not covered in the scope of the repair and any delay in completing work. • Reported daily pending with status to service manager. • Use and storage of special tools in the workshop. • Ensure the workshops are clean and tidy at all times.
Job Requirement: • Strong technical knowledge and organization skills along with excellent English, both written and spoken • Excellent communication and presentation skills Time management and organizational skills to plan and execute training effectively.
