In your role as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will need to initiate campaigns to drive the acquisition and conversion of affiliate partners. Job Responsibilities: 1. Drive affiliate partner acquisition and conversion through various online platforms such as Google, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others. 2. Experience in managing or engaging with Telegram communities will be considered a strong advantage. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing affiliates, including negotiating commission structures and campaign deliverables. 4. Analyze the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to optimize effectiveness and scale growth. 5. Conduct data-driven performance analysis, delivering insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop, structure, and execute effective marketing strategies. Job Requirements: Experience: • Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent. • At least 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms. • Experience in e-Commerce or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage. Competencies: • Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools. • Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Excellent persuasive skill and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Able to think out-of-the-box and proactive.
