** Key Responsibilities -Prepare beverages according to company SOPs and standard recipes -Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage stations and equipment -Ensure beverage quality for coffee, milk-based drinks, soda, and other beverages -Monitor beverage inventory, usage, and stock availability -Record beverage waste and transfers accurately -Coordinate with cashier and service team regarding promotions and product availability -Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance -Support store operations and customer service during non-peak hours *** Requirements -At least Year 1 in Business Administration or related field -1–2 years of experience in coffee shop or front store operations -Experience using POS systems -Good communication and teamwork skills -Friendly personality with upselling ability -Able to work in a fast-paced environment -Good English communication skills ***Other Details -Working hours: Up to 48 hours per week with roster schedule -4 days off per month -Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia -Reports to: Floor Manager working time: 11am - 8pm (Can flexible)
