Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent service to residents and tenants, ensuring smooth daily operations, and acting as the main point of contact between tenants and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to resolve issues
- Manage tenant check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
- Assist in booking services (e.g., shuttle service, cleaning, facilities)
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests
- Support rent collection coordination and reminders (if required)
- Ensure the lobby/reception area is clean and presentable
- Provide information about apartment facilities, policies, and services
Requirements:
- Flexible of working hours (Rotate Shifts)
- Previous experience in customer service, or hospitality field
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
