We prefer for Cambodian and Male only Purpose / Mission: As the Marketing Manager, you will drive the brand strategy, lead generation, and go-to-market execution for our SME. Acting as the critical bridge between our business and the group’s shared production team, you will translate market needs into creative briefs and manage the end-to-end delivery of all marketing collateral. I. Job Responsibilities 1) STRATEGY & PLANNING - Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and action plans aligned with company sales objectives and business goals. - Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate closely with Morea Marketing Department to align branding direction, campaigns, and communication standards across the group. - Support business expansion initiatives and product positioning strategies. 2) BRAND & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT - Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing and communication materials. - Translate technical product information from R&D and Product Development into clear, customer-friendly marketing content. - Oversee the development of marketing materials including packaging, brochures, catalogues, presentations, promotional items, and advertisements. - Maintain compliance with corporate brand guidelines and communication standards. 3) DIGITAL & TRADITIONAL MARKETING - Manage SOKHAMAL digital presence and social media platforms. - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing. - Develop engaging content such as articles, videos, social media posts, graphics, and advertising copy. - Organize and manage exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and community marketing activities. - Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve digital engagement and conversion rates. 4) PRODUCT & TECHNICAL COORDINATION - Coordinate closely with Product Development Chemist and R&D teams to ensure accurate product communication and technical marketing content. - Support new product launches by preparing launch plans, promotional campaigns, and customer education materials. - Work with SCM and Warehouse teams to ensure marketing activities align with stock availability and production planning. - Assist in preparing product training materials for sales teams and distributors. 5) LEAD GENERATION & SALES SUPPORT - Develop lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert potential customers. - Collaborate with Sales Team to create promotions, trade activities, and customer engagement programs across different sales channels (Retail, Depo, D2C, and Distribution). - Provide marketing tools and sales support materials to strengthen customer acquisition efforts. - Collect customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor information for continuous improvement and business development 6) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & REPORTING - Track and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI effectiveness. - Prepare monthly marketing reports, campaign evaluations, and improvement recommendations for management. - Monitor brand performance and customer engagement metrics to support strategic decision-making. - Recommend innovative marketing ideas and cost-efficient initiatives to improve overall business performance. II. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Management, Brand Management, or Product Marketing. - Experience in FMCG, Home Care, Beauty Care, or Manufacturing industries is preferred. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and paid advertising platforms. - Experience in event management, product launches, and trade marketing activities. - Strong creative thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of branding standards and cross-functional coordination. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe tools, or other marketing-related software is an advantage. - Good command of English and Khmer.
