Qualifications or Skill Required: - Bachelor's degree in tourism or relevant. - Experience or Noun Experience - A demonstrable interest in travel. - Be able to travel to provinces and overseas. - Knowledge of key holiday destinations. - Good command of English language and Chinese language is preferable. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. - Organizational skills. - Knowledge of Computer. Responsibilities: - Make new and extend contracts with partners, hotels, resorts, museums, theme parks, attraction sites, restaurants, and coach operators (Boat, bus, cruise…) overseas. - Liaise with partners, coach operators, airliners, hoteliers, resort reps & other tourism services suppliers overseas. - Reserve package tours, hotel rooms, museum & attraction site tickets, transportation services, meals, and other tour services for group tours and individual travelers overseas. - Visit hotels, resorts, and other suppliers overseas to ascertain quality and suitability. - Implement quality checks for all services to maintain the company’s service standards. - Handle bookings, Invoices, and issuing tickets. - Communicate directly with customers & suppliers. - Collect, evaluate, and respond (as appropriate) to customer feedback. - Daily report to channel manager.
