Your Role This is not just a design job. You will take ownership of: • Building our marketing strategy • Managing digital marketing channels • Supporting sales growth through campaigns • Strengthening our brand presence in the market What You Will Do • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns • Manage social media (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram) • Run and optimize paid ads • Create and manage content plans • Support sales with promotions and dealer materials • Develop brand positioning for our lubricant products • Track performance and improve results (data-driven) Who We Are Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or relevant field. • 2–5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads / digital platforms • Business mindset (focus on results, not just creativity) • Able to plan, execute, and follow through • Experience in automotive, trading, or FMCG is a plus • Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) is an advantage • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in teams. • Excellent communication skills. • Great interpersonal skills. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. • Outstanding problem-solving skills. • Exceptional attention to detail.
