RESPONSIBILITY: • Responsibility directs sales. • Prepare customer visiting plan and generate sales volume from existing outlets in assigned territory. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems. • Opening new outlets in assigned territory. • Ensure that sales performance meets target. • Collecting customer’s feedback and keep update the information to direct manager/functional. • Monitor and feedback competitor activities in the market. • Building good rapport with outlets owner. • Prepare daily sales activities report and other administration work. • Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
