Job Description:
- Lead, manage and oversee daily accounting transactions to produce monthly financial reports.
- Check payment vouchers, which prepared by Accountant, with sufficient supporting documents and sufficient balance before making payment.
- Follow up long AR aging with site for actions against those long outstanding.
- Check A/R & A/P Aging, monthly cash flow, bank reconciliation, cash on hand report, fixed asset register, other control lists/schedules and financial statements then submit to the manager within the deadline.
- Check cash statements & income reports from site and match with recording per QuickBooks or Acumatica.
- Follow up, review contracts and update master listing and monthly occupancy report.
- Lead surprising cash/shop count twice per year.
- Guide and train team to improve accounting skill and knowledge.
- Liaise between junior staffs and manager and work with each site manager when necessary.
- Take care of scheduling jobs and delegating duties to accountants and other tasks assign.
- Other tasks assign by managements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences as an accounting or other related field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good knowledge of accounting concept and software (QB or ERP)
- Good at Word, Excel, Access, E-mail, Internet, and Power point
- Ability to work under pressure.
