Responsibilities:
• Manage and review cash flow processes.
• Send customer invoices by checking the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) system,
and agents' contracts and reservation details.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Circulate the accounts receivable aging reports to the management team on a regular basis.
• Prepare relevant reports upon management request.
• Monitor the Food & Beverage (F&B) and other revenue generated by the hotel.
• Handle daily cash collection and banking in a timely manner.
• Process payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Pay vendors by scheduling cheques and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
• Submit relevant documents for the month-end process.
• Handle the petty cash float and reimbursement in a timely manner.
• Reconcile revenues on a daily basis.
• Check for no-shows, cancellations, and related postings.
• Prepare sales reports and update the daily revenue group.
• Ensure that complimentary and ENT offers have appropriate approval.
• Review the adjustment report and update any significant areas.
• Verify bill discounts with the proper approval.
• Check void bills and adjustment bills with appropriate approvals.
• Accomplish other ad-hoc tasks allocated by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree of Accounting or related filed
• 01- year experience in Accounting
• Expertise in using PMS and POS system to generate customer invoice
• Strong Attention to detail
• Proven skill in revenue
• Demonstrated experience in generating financial and operational report
• Well understand about financial policies and procedures
• Proficiency in preparing reports and using Microsoft Office, email, outlook, …
• Teamwork and good communication skill
