Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date.
- Creating and sending invoices and statements to Sales Team.
- Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
- Tracking payments and ensuring that the cash flow into the company is buoyant.
- Reporting issues or irregularities to Accounting Supervisor.
- Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
- Liaising with the Sales department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
- Initiating new procedures for billing.
Qualification / Requirements
- Associated or Bachelor degree in accounting/Finance/ Banking or related field.
- Fair in spoken & written in English.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience of general issue invoice or related work.
- Honesty, commitment integrity a must.
- Ability be creative, hard-working, responsible, and flexible to work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills: Be able to work well with outside people,.
- Ms. office, Internet & Email and experience in using Accounting System is priority.
