### What YOU Will Own
Associated Duties below.
- Inventory Management and Stock Control
- Oversee inventory management using FIFO principles and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Coordinate product shipments to clients, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control.
- Marketing Assistance (Optional)
- Support promotional campaigns or conduct basic market research.
- Tax Filing Support (External Coordination)
Collaborate with external tax service providers to facilitate smooth annual tax filing.
- Ad-hoc Projects, Contribute to new initiatives based on individual skills and company needs.
### What We Expect From You
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Hands-on experience in logistics, inventory control, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Basic familiarity with inventory software or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

### **Work Conditions**
- **working Hours**
- Daily working hours: 8 hours
- Weekly working days: 6 days
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)
- **Holidays and Leave**
- Weekly holiday: Sunday
- National holidays
- 8:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 17:00
- Paid Leave
