POSITION: ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements
- Implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy regarding company objective
- Monitor and control financial flow effectively
- Managing the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets
- Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
- Dealing with settlement or payment with a client due to the contract or timeline
- Performing the company’s financial audits
- Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Creating financial reports based on data analysis
- Making recommendations to business stakeholders
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Account Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good command in English
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulation is essential, along with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the construction industry is motivated
• Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software (Quickbooks)
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is often preferred
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Finance Supervisor
Physical Requirements:
• Must be in good health condition can adapt to heard working
BENEFITS:
• Salary be able to negotiate
• Competitive basic salary plus high commission
WORKIGN SCHEDUE:
-Working Day: Monday-Saturday
-Working Time: 8:00AM-5:00PM
