• Manage the filing of Admin, storage of documents, and security for the office; • Petty Cash control make sure it is used for emergency only related to company business. Staff medical expenses will be included in the payroll; • Utilities, official motor, vehicles, and other equipment; • Business arrangement: Event, Travelling, air ticket and hotel reservations for Management Levels and all staff as needed; • Car arrangement for Management, staff, and guests; • Control car maintenance and other materials; • Conduct the purchasing order; • Handle stationery supplies and request every 25th of the month; • Payment for office rent, phone, boss rental, warehouse, car fuel every 5th of the month; • Control the usage of drinking water bottles and make sure the small bottles allowed to use for guests and customers ONLY; • Assis in fixed assets physical count as required; • Manager Insurance coverage for cars, check, road tax (Private company); • Ensure the office is neat and cleaned at all time; • Other tasks assigned by the Deputy General Manager and Admin/HR Manager.
