Job Description: • Welcome walk-in customer and provide technical consultancy to them about vehicle issues and maintenance. • Follow up on the repair process with the technician and update the status to customers, • Advice customers on the routine maintenance of their vehicles, additional spare parts changing, and self-basic maintenance, • Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer’s visit • Update daily and monthly reports as instructed by the manager. • Compute and record daily transactions. • Issue quotations and receipts to customers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree - At least one year working experience in automotive repairing/advisory - Be able to use English both speaking and writing, and - Knowledge of computer in Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and Email,
