Job Summary
As a Barista at Prologue Coffee, you will be responsible for providing welcoming customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations of the cafe.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service.
3. Work Environment: Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
4. Team Management: Collaborate effectively with the team.
5. Beverage Preparation: Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
6. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and supplies.
7. Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Cash Transactions: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register.
Qualifications
Languages: Khmer (native) and good in English.
Experience: Experienced within the food and beverage industry.
Skills
1. Team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. POS system aknowledgement and basic computer applications.
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary
$200 - $250 USD per month, based on experience and capability.
