-Develop business plans, marketing strategies, and proposals to attract new clients and partners.
-Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, partners, and government agencies.
-Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and partnership agreements to secure new business deals.
-Collaborate with internal teams on project planning and execution aligned with business goals.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics Management, or a related field.
-5 years of professional experience in business development and/or customer service, preferably in the real estate, commercial, or industrial project development sector.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Khmer and English required; Thai language is a plus.
Age between 30–45 years old.
