Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand, drive sales, and engage with the target audience. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including digital marketing, social media management, event planning.
Job Responsible:
- Conducting market research, consumer trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, traditional).
- Supporting online customer service from Monday to Saturday.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team for strategy alignment and performance tracking.
- Organizing promotional events, activations, and in-store displays.
- Building partnerships with KOLs and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to boost retention.
- Delivering training for front office staff to strengthen sales and product knowledge.
- Monitoring KPIs and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
- Staying current with industry trends and digital marketing tools.
- Reporting regularly to senior management and ensuring competitive brand positioning.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirement:
- Degree in business or related field,
- Experiences at least 1 years
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in English, both spoken and written
- Team spirit
- Respect to the vision and mission of company
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office social media knowledge
