Description Position: Cinema Supervisor - Leading and motivating the team service, follow company policies, and maintain a professional demeanor. - Handling customer inquiries and complaints customer concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction, and de-escalating any tense situations. - Ensuring cleanliness and safety and hygiene of the cinema premises, including restrooms, concessions, and auditoriums, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures. - Maintaining smooth operation of ticketing and concessions: Supervising ticketing booths and concession stands, ensuring efficient service, handling cash transactions accurately, and resolving any technical issues.
