We are excited to announce that we are looking to hire engineers for the following positions: 1. Civil Engineer – 2 positions 2. Site Architect – 2 positions 3. Site MEP Engineer – 2 positions These engineers will be responsible for several projects, including: • Apartment finishing works • Retail and hotel renovations • Factory zone constructions, and more. Job Description: • Follow up with contractors and/or sub-contractors to ensure that work is carried out according to design, specifications, and planning. • Interact with the project manager for clarifications in architecture, conduct regular job site inspections, and assist in quality and safety audits. • Identify and highlight potential risks on projects. • Accurately inventory construction materials. • Oversee finishing work. • Coordinate verification of extra claims raised by direct manager. • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering; at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position. • Ability to manage sub-contractors at the assigned site. • Strong construction knowledge and ability to control quality and cost. • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Khmer. • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and able to work under pressure. • Capable of speaking and reporting in English. • Experience in monitoring and supervising Chinese contractors. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
