Construction Technician

Job Responsibilities 1. Technical Management: Provide technical guidance at construction sites, ensuring construction quality and progress meet design requirements and standards. 2. Drawing Review and Optimization: Review construction drawings, propose optimization suggestions, and ensure their feasibility. 3. Problem Solving: Address on-site technical issues and provide technical support for project implementation. 4. Construction Plan Development: Prepare construction organization designs and plans as required by the project and supervise their execution. 5. Technical Briefing: Organize and participate in technical briefings to ensure construction workers (including builders and welders) understand construction processes and technical standards. 6. Quality Inspection and Acceptance: Participate in quality inspections and acceptance processes to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements. 7. Management of Construction Workers and Welders: Assist the project manager in managing teams of construction workers and welders, distributing tasks effectively to ensure efficient completion of work. 8. Material and Equipment Management: Monitor the use of construction materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards and avoiding waste. 9. Documentation and Archiving: Organize and maintain technical documentation, including construction logs, technical briefing records, and as-built drawings, ensuring proper archiving.
Job Requirements 1. Educational Background: Associate degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in construction technology roles; familiarity with the work and management of construction workers and welders is preferred. 3. Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and procedures, with expertise in construction techniques and technical requirements. 4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, and office software (e.g., Word, Excel). 5. Certifications: Possession of professional certifications (e.g., Assistant Engineer, Constructor) is an advantage. 6. Knowledge of Construction Workers and Welders: Understanding the work requirements and technical aspects of construction workers (e.g., bricklaying, plastering, rebar tying) and welders (e.g., pipeline welding, structural welding), with the ability to guide and supervise their work. 7. Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to work under pressure. 8. Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of coordinating resources to solve problems. 9. Adaptability: Willingness to work in construction site environments and accept overtime or travel when needed.
