1. Job Responsibility
● Communicate with the students, parents, teachers and offices and supervise the students to ensure that they
check in and check out properly for their classes.
● Work with classroom teachers to deliver lessons based on the set curriculum, including lesson planning and
preparation, conducting learning and reading group activities, behavioral management, classroom
organization and management as well as the use of materials.
● Assist the assigned teacher in supervising an individual or a group of students during break time, play time,
field trips other and recreational activities.
● Work with all stakeholders including teachers, parents, learning support team and the school management
to assist students with special needs in their individual learning and inclusion programs.
● Take turns to carry out supporting duties such as nap time duty, meal time duty and playground duty as
requested and scheduled by the management.
● Attend meetings, training sessions, professional development activities and school events per schedule.
● Assist in the organization of the Parent-Teacher Conferences at the end of each term.
● Help to effectively maintain and manage the classroom facilities, resources, and materials.
● Strictly follow the school’s child protection policy.
2. Job Requirement
● Cambodian national
● University-level education, continuing or graduated, preferably in the field of education, law,
international relation, science, social science and psychology.
● Demonstrated communication, teamwork and independent thinking skills.
● High-level of English proficiency
● Aspired to work in the field of education, particularly with young children.
● Adaptable to changes and diverse working environments.
● Willingness to continue learning and develop a professional career in an educational setting.
● Proof of reputable personal and professional integrity and records.
