1. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement as assigned
2. Provide support in summarize the result of gap analysis and producing training plan
3. Design and develop training modules based on identified needs.
4. Facilitate training sessions and workshops
5. Provide support in sourcing and liaising with external training providers effectively.
6. Implement L&D initiatives to enhance employee development
7. Handle training logistics and materials to ensure smooth program execution.
8. Measure and report training effectiveness to management
9. Stay updated on the latest L&D trends, methodologies, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
10. Support the implementation of performance management cycle
11. Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation.
12. Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR-related roles.
- Good Knowledge of Training needs analysis, instructional design and Training Delivery
- Familiarity with training evaluation models
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital training tools.
- Knowledge of LMS and e-learning development tools ( More preferably)
