Position Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and write short video content to attract followers through compelling content dissemination.
- Gather and analyze follower preferences and needs, interpret data, and optimize content structure.
- Manage external content resource partnerships and collaborations.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Journalism, Communication, or related fields, with 2+ years of experience in new media operations.
- In-depth understanding of short video content production and distribution.
- Excellent language skills and copywriting proficiency, with insights into food-related content marketing.
- Strong mental resilience, customer service awareness, and a high sense of responsibility. Must possess professional ethics, stress management abilities, and a commitment to teamwork and dedication.
- Must be willing to appear on camera; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
