Conduct follow-ups to ensure patient concerns are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall patient experience. 3. Front Desk Coordinator Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals at the reception. Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes. Verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation. Handle inquiries, direct patients to the correct departments, and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional environment. 4. Medical Call Center Agent Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding healthcare services. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently. Provide support on billing issues, insurance claims, and service inquiries. Document call interactions and update patient records in the system. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions. 5. Billing and Insurance Support Specialist Assist patients with billing concerns, insurance verification, and payment plans. Process claims, handle disputes, and ensure proper documentation. Communicate with insurance providers for approvals and claim follow-ups. Educate patients on payment options, deductibles, and co-payments. Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and policies.
