Job Summary: The Customer Service Officer (or Representative) is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at the clubhouse. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: . Guest Reception: Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the clubhouse. . Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries and provide information about clubhouse services, facilities, and events. . Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. A complaint which is beyond responsibility, to raise the issue to related Department to resolve quickly and timely manner. . Membership Management: Assist with membership applications, renewals, and cancellations. . Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of clubhouse events and activities. . Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with members, guests, and staff. . Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and inquiries with proper logs. . Facility Tours: Conduct tours of the clubhouse facilities for potential members and guests. . Sales Support: Promote and sell clubhouse services, memberships, and products as well as Condominium. . Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment. . Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service and product quality. . Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and cohesive guest experience. . Other duty: Perform other tasks as per Clubhouse Manager delegation.
Qualification: . Proven experience in customer service role. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong problem-solving abilities. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. . Proficiency in using customer service software and office tools. . Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
