Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Data Entry: Accurately input data related to new books, products, or merchandise into the inventory management system.
- Inbound Product Management: Process all incoming inventory and book shipments, including verifying stock quantities, conditions, and updating the system with the correct information.
- Data Verification: Cross-check received data from vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock information.
- Update Records: Ensure that all book and product details (author, title, ISBN, price, etc.) are correctly entered into the system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth data flow and address any discrepancies.
- Error Detection: Identify and resolve any issues related to data discrepancies, such as incorrect product details or pricing mismatches.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on inventory status, sales forecasts, and stock levels.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Regularly audit and reconcile data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
*** Education & Experience
This position is open to Cambodian national only.
• Under graduation or year 1, 2 in university
• 1 to 2 years’ excellent using Excel.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: English & Khmer
Other Details
Working hours: Approximately 48hours per week; primary workdays shall be Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with Roster schedule.
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Reports to: Merchandise Manager
Compensation: Tsutaya is offering a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
