Responsibilities: *** High Priority 1. Preparing and implementing the marketing strategic plan 2. Preparing the financial plan for each term 3. Preparing operational and action plan 4. Developing and effectively managing the program ** Middle Priority 1. Preparing class schedule for each term 2. Checking time sheet for teachers’ payroll 3. Delegating the tasks to the subordinates in the YLP department 4. Exploring and mastering the course resources 5. Conducting teacher sharing or training when needed 6. Keeping track of teachers’ performance 7. Dealing with teachers’ daily issues 8. Conducting orientation for new teachers 9. Ensuring and maintaining good discipline and learning environment 10. Developing teacher regulation 11. Finding substitute teachers 12. Teaching as a substitute teacher when needed 13. Proofreading the documents 14. Attending all meetings required by the organization 15. Continue to maintain an environment that promotes and secures good teaching, effective learning, high standards of achievement, and good behavior 16. Determine, organize, implement, and monitor the curriculum and its assessment and ensure that statutory requirements are met 17. Ensure that students develop study skills in order to learn more effectively and with increasing independence 18. Determine, organize and implement a policy for the personal, social, and moral development of students *Low Priority 1. Helping to promote CAM-ASEAN’s image to the public 2. Good cooperation with other departments 3. Building close relationships with parents/guardians 4. Performing other relevant and assigned tasks
