We are haring potential candidate as a Chief of Procurement and Admin Officer 1 post working with City link transportation(cambodia)Co.,Ltd Roles and Responsibilities 1.Supplier Management: Identify, select, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent supply of materials and services. 2.Develop procurement and purchasing policy and procedures for supporting the business operations performance. 3.Procurement Planning: Develop procurement plans based on the company’s production and operational needs, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary materials and equipment. 4.Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate terms such as pricing, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with suppliers, and oversee the signing of contracts to safeguard the company’s interests. 5.Purchase Order Management: Issue and track purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the right quantity, and meet specified quality standards. 6.Cost Control: Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs, including effective negotiations and supply chain management, without compromising on quality. 7.Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased products meet the company’s quality standards through inspections, testing, and adherence to specifications. 8.Inventory Management: Coordinate with warehousing teams to manage stock levels effectively, avoiding both overstocking and stockouts. 9.Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about price trends and changes in supply conditions, adjusting procurement strategies accordingly. 10.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring sustainable and stable procurement operations. Requirements and skills •Proven work experience as a Procurement roles or similar role •Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies •Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems •A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred Working Days 8:00AM-5:00PM(Mon-Fri) Benefit - Competitive Salary - Seniority Payment - Mission fee - Public Holiday - Annual Leave 18 Days - Maternity Leave , Special Leave , Sick Leave - Yearly Salary Incremental - 13th Month Salary - Insurance Accident & Health - NSSF - Training hard/soft skills
