JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. LEGAL / COMPLIANCE • Plan and implement the company's legal compliance. • Consult with a corporate lawyer to solve the compliance / legal issues related to company authorize products or related contexts. • To work closely with related Ministries for registration and compliance per the Cambodian Trade laws, tax and other compliances. • Work closely with department manager and management to develop effective defense strategies. • Analyze the compliance risks involved in business operations and other contexts. • To give legal advice and aid in the development of legal memorandum, contracts, and other documents. • To prepare, draft and review the contract relates to a supplier contract to guarantee that the company's legal rights are fully protected. • Coordinate with other departments to identify compliance/ legal issues and direct them to the right channels for further investigations. • Assist in training employees concerning the company's compliance program. • Resolve employees’ concerns over legal matters. 2. OTHER TASKS • Assist and Support work with the superior. • Other tasks as assigned by the superior. JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or relevant fields (Or even can be fresh graduate) • At least 2 years experiences working as Legal Officer or Compliance Officer role. • Knowledge of law standard in Cambodia practice is desirable • Must be very good at English • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organization and analytical skills • Good time management skills • Independence and attention to detail
