**Location:** Riverside, Phnom Penh
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Morning Shift Receptionist to join our team at a well-established hotel in the vibrant Riverside area of Phnom Penh. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle various tasks simultaneously, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and check-in guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage phone and email inquiries
- Handle reservations and ensure accurate guest information
- Maintain guest records and manage payment transactions
- Provide local information and hotel amenities to guests
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure lobby area and front desk are well-maintained
- Work closely with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
**Requirements:**
- Previous hotel reception or customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible to work early morning shifts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
