KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks. • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for all vendor enquiries regarding finance. • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports. • Entering invoices into the accounts payable system. • Filing and maintaining supplier records. • Checking and verifying invoices. • To be responsible for month-end deadlines and schedules. • Prepare month-end journal entries, according to the policy and using standard temples. • Assist in conducting and completing all standard reconciliation templates according to company policy. • To be responsible for cash flow planning. • Daily enter key data of financial transaction in database • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner • To be responsible for Duty Tax-import, withholding Tax, Tax Submission and filing. • To assist with the preparation of the company’s Budget & Costing. • To perform other duties as assigned related to accounting works. • To accomplish other tasks assigned by management team. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Ability to operated Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Presentation. 2. Good communication in English. 3. Accounting designation or enrollment in a recognized Accounting Program. 4. Previous accounting experience. 5. Auditing experience is advantage. 6. Bachelor of accounting or related field. 7. A good team player.
