KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • To Interact and coordinate with External Auditors for its procedures, the basic requirements and its implementation fulfillments. • To Prepare and compose the accounting policy and procedures. • To Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures. • To prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, stock-purchasing, freights, importations and taxes. • To study the Financial Reports, in both internally & outsourcing professionals, with accuracy. • Financial analyses, forecasts, scenarios and recommendations are prepared and presented. • Company taxes and other filings, related to accounting and finance, are submitted to the government and other appropriate bodies, according to the law and maximizing advantage to the company. • Year-end financial audits and tax audits are clean. Documentation required for audits is organized, maintained and provided to auditors as required. • Monitor and analyses monthly results against budget. • Responsible for strategic financial operation. • To perform other duties as assigned related to accounting works. • To accomplish other tasks assigned by GM/C.O.O. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in finance/ Accounting. 2. Minimum 5-8 years working experience in finance/ Accounting. 3. Understanding and familiarization with CIFRS-16 accounting format will be an added advantage. 4. Good command in both Khmer & English language is essential. 5. Strong ability to study, analyze, improvise and produce recommendation for improvement. 6. Strong Communication, Time Management & Problem Solving Skills. 7. Strong Leadership skill and ability to manage a team of Subordinates. 8. Strong computer skills. 9. Ability to travel locally and overseas on business mission.
