Account Receivable officer

I. Responsibilities and Main Duties: • Track debts, bills issued and money owed to customers issuance of invoices, creation and issuance of invoices paid by customers • Contact customers to inquire about debt settlement and settlement • Issuance of invoices, creation and issuance of invoices paid by customers • Report debt status, prepare debt and payment reports for managers. • Set interest receipts from customers and set in accounting system • Troubleshooting late payment sending reminders and resolving late payment cases • Others to task assign by Manager. II. Required Skills/Abilities/ Education: • Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance or Relate Field • At least 1 years of experience in Accounting and logistic industry • Good leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop a high performing team • Ability to communicate effectively to staff at all levels • Ability to work in a challenging and diverse environment • Demonstration of good leadership and teamwork spirits • Confidentiality, good interpersonal, communication, safety awareness and team work.
