GPS Monitoring Officer

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Daily track on truck locations by GPS system. - Work with GPS company to fix GPS which doesn’t work. - Regularly monitor truck driver performance and do report to related party and respond all required if any. - Monitor on truck trip from PNH to Province or Province to PHN in very morning and afternoon - Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers. - Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action. - Co-ordinating and responding to emergency situations. - Liaising with drivers, operations personnel and management. - Developing and presenting daily management reports. - Coordinate to measure kilometer of trip for operations and fuel team - Other tasks shall be assigned by line manager. II. REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other relevant field. • Experience in data report (GPS Tracking system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point). • Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization. • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline. • Excellent communication skills Analytical self-starter. • Good geographic knowledge of Cambodia area. • Road transport background preferred.
